Position: Technical Services Administrator for Contracts
Work location: Paris
Functions
• The Job Holder is responsible for the whole administration of personnel of the Onshore Project and, as such, shall ensure that all procedural requirements related to the mobilisation, demobilization and administration of Personnel are fulfilled; • The job Holder will: • Contribute to the development of all terms and conditions and procedures related to the management and administration of personnel (staff and contracted), insuring that such terms and conditions are consistent with the Country of location of said personnel; • Liaise continuously with SDag Human Resource Division and with SDag Shareholder Companies for the assignment of their personnel to Onshore Project; • Participate to the elaboration and follow-up of the Onshore Project Mobilization plan and Onshore Project Organisation Chart; • Prepare or participate to the preparation of Calls for Tenders, Frame Agreements and Call-off Orders towards Services Companies. Participate to the administration of such agreements (administration, renewal…); • Check the documentation sent by Service companies and validate and file Personnel administration related documentation; • Administer the mobilisation/demobilisation of all Onshore Project personnel either from Partners Personnel or from Services Companies; • As such, will liaise with Onshore Project hierarchy regarding mobilisation of personnel (obtain CVs, arrange interviews in a timely manner); • Maintain Project Personnel record files as well as a Project Personnel database; • Organise Project Personnel office needs, office computing; • Ensures liaison between the various Onshore project teams in Human Resources matters; • Ensures liaison with the Cost Control team for the elaboration of Personnel Budget and for the follow-up of costs; • Ensures liaison with the Onshore Technical Services Administrator for optimisation, standardisation.
Requirements
• 10 years experience at similar position. Project experience would be a must; • Good knowledge in general of Human Resource administration; • Good communication skills and confidentiality are essential; • English speaking mandatory.
