Requirements:
• Strong technical and contractual background
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) with sound communication skills
• Willing to contribute and adhere to the safety requirements of the operation
• Experienced with proper technical level of understanding of all the disciplines involved, at least 5 years experience in the context of large projects and construction
• Good understanding of the Contractual relationships in Russian

Responsibilities:
• Pre-FID:
• Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of the Bidding Agreement
• Participating in coordination and technical and contractual clarifications with participating Contractor groups
• Coordinating Process Area and other onshore packages
• Coordinating with Engineering Interface Team until dedicated Interface coordinator is in place
• Participating and coordinating Technical Bid (Unpriced Proposal) Evaluation
• Participating in final clarification and evaluation of Commercial Bid (Priced Proposal)
• Contributing to the Final Recommendation To Award (RTA) package
• Coordinating Process Area schedule updates / revisions with other packages and onshore planer
• Monitoring the progress of the activity, collect input and prepare Weekly status report

• Post FID:
• Monitoring and follow up of HSE and quality
• Monitoring progress and giving input to schedule updates
• Coordinating with Main EPC contractor personnel, and other onshore packages
