Location: Vietnam
Our client is an oil and gas oriented engineering consulting firm. The company provides complete engineering design services for major projects covering Feasibility Study, process evaluation, economic analysis, and conceptual detail designing all disciplines of engineering.
General Responsibilities:
- Working on detailed engineering design complied with project requirements;
- Referring to specific duties and responsibilities;
- Meeting Client as company representative to deal with engineering issues;
- Working with all relevant Parties, such as PMC, EPC Contractor, CA, etc...
- Providing training courses or on-job training for junior staff.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for discipline activities and deliverable;
- To guide and control the project execution and discipline’s results;
- Allocating the design activities to the discipline engineer;
- Coordinating with project management team and other discipline leaders for information exchange and follow-up;
- Performing Vendor document analysis related to discipline;
- Reviewing weekly and monthly progress discipline reports;
- Reporting to the Project Manager.
- To attend HAZOP meeting.
- To assist the company to complete instrument & control engineering procedures
- ENGINEER shall Perform/Check the detailed design and engineering of Instrument/Control/F&G/Communication including SCADA system.
These Work include Specifications, Analysis, Calculation, Layout, Block diagram, Loop wiring, Datasheet, MTO, Procedure ...
Requirements:
- Engineering and construction in oil and gas industry: minimum 12 years experience;
- Detailed Engineering Design: minimum 7 years experience;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead multi-discipline and multioffice teams;
- Being familiar to the SMART PLANT INSTRUMENTATION software
- Experience in offshore/onshore pipelines projects
- Being familiar to international codes and standards, such as ANSI, ASME, API, BS, NFPA, DNV, etc;
- Recognized international professional Association membership is preferable;
- English (advanced).
- Bachelors in Engineering or related fields;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
