A Senior Position for an experienced Drilling/ Well engineering Consultant or Senior Well Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for all well engineering aspects of the well conceptual process (Technical expertise and Projects support)
• Supervising and control over engineering team and engineering solutions (design, well programs, operational activities)
• Risk pot estimation on turn key projects
• Team-leader and Technical Expert for projects
• Introduction of new technologies, engineering solutions if well complexities require it, cost effective techniques
• Coaching of Well Engineers
Requirements:
• Engineering or Science degree
• 10+ years working experience in drilling and well engineering, International experience as a big plus
• Working experience as engineer in design and execution of well programs
• Good knowledge of modern well construction (drilling and completions) operations and services
• Minimum Upper-Intermediate English (or Bilingual Russian or Expat)
• Results-oriented leader
Conditions:
