Leading international oilfield service company is looking for candidates to fill the role of Field Integrated Coordinator (FIC). This position shall be the focal point at WELL SITE for all the integrated project services. FIC shall be the reference point for Client's DSV and Integrated Project Management for all the Integrated Project Services. At WELL SITE, FIC shall be responsible for the Supervision of all the following aspect:
- Planning
- Technical
- Logistic
- Daily Reporting for Integrated Project Management services (inclusive of service/equipment and personnel available at WELL SITE)
- Issue and submit to Client's DSV for approval, daily Tickets for Integrated Project Management services and materials
- HSE and QA/QC supervision for Integrated Project Management Services
II. Relationship
- Reports directly to the Project Manager.
- Will have all segment and service provider representatives functionally reporting to him/her for operational matters in the field.
III. Responsibilities
PLANNING AND COORDINATION
- Coordinates service operations with Client, Drilling Contractor, Company Product Lines and Third Parties to ensure compliance with work programs, project procedures and contract requirements.
- Updates log book. Ensures adequate handover to his relief.
- Prepares 24-hour plan ahead document.
- Ensures Material Requests are issued in a timely manner to avoid disruption of operation.
- Ensures call out of services in a timely manner to avoid disruption of operation.
- Update forecast and plans activity (7 day planner) to anticipate resource requirements to meet well demands and provide optimum efficiency of services.
- Organizes Daily planning meeting with Service hands.
- Coordinates Standard Equipment Lists in a timely manner for each phase of the well from Segments and Contractors
- Organizes pre-job meeting (Operations and safety).
- Manages LT-IPM equipment at the wellsite
OPERATIONS
- Acts as Team Leader of project participants on site and responsible for coordinating service operations to ensure compliance with drilling programs in safe and efficient manners.
- Verifies adherence to procedures for all participants under the contract.
- Responsible for checking equipment on site required to perform planned activities and implement contingency plans. (QA/QC)
- Manages proper inventory of consumable drilling supplies such as cement, barite, bits, and nozzles, etc.
- Responsible for checking data and reports for quality and completeness.
COMMUNICATION
- Prepares daily morning report with the contribution of the appropriate service companies as required.
- Discusses Company morning report with Client's supervisor and Drilling Contractors Toolpusher.
- Discusses Material Requests with Client's Supervisor.
- Documents within 24 hours any failure or incident report
- Documents equipment and material utilization with appropriate sign off from Client's Supervisor
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Prepares daily cost estimate.
- Responsible for seven-day planner, personnel on site and equipment on site lists. Responsible for analyzing service performance and making recommendations to improve the program and operation.
- Issues standing instructions to the contractors
- Ensures timely reporting
QHSE
- Responsible for compliance with applicable policies, standards and procedures.
- Holds safety meetings for the entire wellsite team, minimum once a week.
- Holds service company pre-job safety meetings to ensure good communication.
- Identifies high risk situations, document them, and adopt proper mitigation using THA's
- Participates in QHSE audits/inspections.
- Participates in accident/incident investigations and reporting as required
- Conduct weekly drills
