Workover supervisor

Требования к кандидату:
- Experienced workover & completion supervisorwith presiouse experience as Well site Workover Engineer/Supervisor
- 10 years of expirience
- Minimu 4 years expirience in simillar position
- Must have valid Well Control Certification -IWCF
- Land workover expirience (preferably remote desert)
- Trained in HSEQ & Emergency Managment
- Good expirience in well testing -important
- Fluent English
- Must have prooven field experience, good understanding of well construction & well completion processes,
- Good knowledge of Computer applications related to responcibilities

Описание работы:
- Responcisble for dat to day on site planning, rig star-uo & execution of completion & workover activities, maintane maximum HSE & operational efficiency,
- Responcible for implementation of all company's policies, procedures, guiglines on drilling operations, safety & enviromental protection
- Supervise the workover contractor & service personnel
- Controlling the first line action & problem resolving in a case of unexpected events
- Provide data to office based well delivery team members
- Coordinate the supply of required equipment, consumables & specialist services for contunication of operations
- responcible for overall HSE on site, ensure full well site compliance with international HSE policies, HSE standards & all other HSE documentation
- Control the activity of contractors
- Analyze the instanttaneous workover & completion data
- Responcible for theimplementation for all relevant contracts on the rig site & their variations
- Responcible for monitoring & reporting of contractor service quality
- Ensure the reliability of financial & technical information
- Ensure & control daily & final reporting of contractor sevice quality
- Ensure & control daily & final reporting of wells & of or operations
- Accuracy of daily completion of workover reports
- Daily expenditure & reporting
- To witness & supervise instalation & testing of completion tubing, tubing hanger, & x-tree in accordance with approved programme
- Round trip air ticket at each rotation
- Free healthy insurance in working country
- Free medical insurance
- Working hour per day 8 hour - 6 day per week
- Working rotation is 56 - 60 days on \ 21 day off
- Free food & accommodation , Gum , laundry , transportation and Recreation
- All taxes are covered by company
- Contract duration : completion of 1 year contract renewable
- The daily rate will be paid according the monthly time sheet
