Oil&Gas company is looking for Yard Supervisor.
Activities
monitors the progress of the construction and fabrication activities under the EPSCC contract at locations in Russia, Europe and Malaysia.
Ensures compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
Approves construction and fabrication procedures.
Participates in the qualification of sub contractors involved infabrication and construction.
Ensures compliance with HSE policies and intervenes where necessary.
Is proactive towards the project team to identify risky situations and propose methods of improvement.
Provides close monitoring of activities to prevent delays.
Provides support to the project team on contractual, QAQC and HSE matters
Participates as required, in weekly and monthly progress meetings.
Monitors and reports contract progress at various sites.
Provides all relevant information needed for Project reporting: progress, HSE, QAQC etc.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of 10 years of effective hands-on experience in E&P construction and fabrication environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles governing all terms and conditions of EPC contracts, Company HSE and QAQC policies, and the Company industry as a whole
Rigorous / Formal presentation skills / Excellent written and oral communication skills / Able to work in a multicultural (Russian) environment
Able to influence, enforce and persuade
Fluent in both English and Russian (speaking and writing).
