Multinational production company is looking for a HSE Engineer . Responsible for conducting Health Safety and/or environmental audits and inspect facilities within geographic area of responsibility Ensure a safe working environment and in compliance with Russian regulatory laws. Individual will be required to develop procedures based on regulatory and/or client requirements. Individual will present information and respond to questions or concerns from employees, managers, clients and the general public. Handle special projects, as assigned. HSE (health, safety, environment) specialist: Thorough understanding of regulations and the regulatory process. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3+ years experience. May require professional certifications. Candidate should be available for rotation 28/28 to oilfield in Western Siberia. Salary level – 1500-2000$ per month.
