For the refinery revamping project in Khabarovsk an international company is looking for a high-skilled Construction Manager.
Our ideal candidate will fulfil the following criteria:
Обязанности:
International Construction Management
Site Supervision and Inspection of Field Engineering.
QA QC Controls.
Directing and Inspection of Subcontractors.
Labour Supervision.
Home office interface‚ Scheduling‚ Cost Controls and estimate analysis.
Work Orders and Client liaison.
Electrical Equipment Safety
Ability of handling local Contractors for Petrochemical Plants and Refineries.
Требования:
Construction Manager with in Petrochemical Industry‚ preferred in Refinery Revamping. Around 15 years minimum experience.

Broad experience working under similar conditions and locations.
Application of international and Russian codes including: GOST‚ SNIPS‚ etc
Russian‚ written and spoken is a must; - FLUENT
English or Spanish‚ written and spoken (fluent)
Word‚ Excel‚ Power Point

Условия:
Khabarovsk‚ Russia
Madrid - (probably for first 1 - 3 months)
50 hours/week (Monday-Friday)
One year contract with renewals to project end (2011)
Salary- high (per qualifications and experience)
Accommodation + Travel(mob/demob flights) + Catering
