PURCHASING ENGINEER/Material Coordinator

For the gas field development project in Kazakhstan we are looking for a qualified PURCHASING ENGINEER/Material Coordinator.
The potential contract includes offshore hook-up and commissioning of the offshore facilities as well as inshore completion. In addition to the hook-up and commissioning of the process facilities‚ the offshore scope includes temporary living quarters for 1 200 people‚ offices for both the contractors and the client‚ tools and equipment as well as temporary barges for power generation‚ work air‚ tool sheds and warehouse

Development of Enquiry and Purchase Procedures for Proposals and Projects
Prepare & Issue Purchase Enquiry Documents
Prepare & Issue Purchase Orders
Commercial Evaluation
Purchase Materials tracking & Expediting

QUALIFICATIONS and / or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 
Minimum 5 years procurement experience in a oilfield development project environment

Candidates should be fluent in written and spoken English and be familiar in the use of Microsoft office.
