Обязанности: • To monitor the flow of data concerning anticipated customer business
• Drive to improve our position with the various customer accounts through increased sales and market share.
• Promote Company valve product lines to the customer base in order to increase the current market share.
• To secure orders taking into account delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment
• To call and/or visit customers to identify needs, establish buying cycles and to create the customer-supplier relationship
• To liaise with Purchasing, Engineering and Legal customer contacts at all levels and deal with the technical, commercial and contractual aspects of our business.
• To prepare and conduct sales presentations/reports to large forums
• Compile a Sales Forecast for each customer base and develop a strategy for achieving the forecasted goals
• Be vigilant of competitor activities and products Responsible for maintaining specified profit margins for the business unit.
Условия:
Candidates will be educated to degree level and have a proven track record and experience in an external sales environment.
The Candidate will speak, read and write in Russian, English (and preferably Kazakh languages) fluently, including technical vocabulary.
Candidates must also have the ability to carry out the required technical and commercial discussions to ascertain customer expectations. Whilst specific product knowledge relative to the valves and measurement industry is desirable, training will be provided.
The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare reports and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients/customers.
Candidates must be PC literate and a good working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
