Обязанности:

• Interface and meet with the existing customer base.
• Expand and develop potential new market places and customers.
• Regular reporting to senior officers of the company on all aspects of financial and sales matters
• Assist and support customers on a daily basis during their planning and engineering phase to get Company products and services accepted in material specifications
• Maintain and improve customer relations by providing a quality and responsive service thus increasing the potential for future bookings of Company products and services
• Compile a Sales Forecast for each customer base and develop a strategy for achieving the forecasted goals
• Streamlining the business procedures, in order to facilitate the expected rapid growth
• Being alert to new market opportunities, so that it can be contributed to development initiatives; be vigilant of competitor activities and products
• Meeting and, wherever possible, exceeding the key financial goals
• Upholding and maintaining the policies and procedures of the Company

Требования:
• A young and dynamic person
• A degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering or another related subject is a plus
• Good Business-Financial knowledge
• Proficiency in English language;
• Russian language knowledge (native speaker desired)
• Very high level of customer focus;
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral;
• Very good informal social communication skills;
• Excellent listening skills;
• Ability to make high-level presentations to management, customers and other audiences
• Autonomous and self-starter
Candidates will ideally be educated to degree level and have a proven track record and experience in an external sales environment, preferably with a mechanical engineering background or 3 to 5 years experience working in similar oil and gas related service or manufacturing company.

The Candidate will speak, read and write in Russian and English languages fluently, including technical vocabulary.

Candidates must also have the ability to carry out the required technical and commercial discussions to ascertain customer expectations. Whilst specific product knowledge relative to the valves and measurement industry is desirable, training will be provided.

The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare reports and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients/customers.

Candidates must be PC literate and a good working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
