Business Development Manager - Well Integration Services Air Energi - Moscow (Russian Federation) Job Description We’re looking for a strong Business development Manager to be deployed at one of our clients branch in Moscow.
Responsibly for setting up of Well Integration Services business branch office in Russia. Selling well intervention products and services to existing and new Customers. Develop and maintain sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts and complex product lines. Builds strong Customer relationships. Manage the sales function and may supervise a staff of Ops/Mkt Account Reps. May develop product/service alliances for major Customers and/or other service providers. May be instrumental in developing cross business units sales opportunities. Handles special projects, as assigned. Comprehensive knowledge of well intervention products including tractor services. Desired Skills & Experience Excellent communication skills. Excellent selling skills. Ability to build strong relationships.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
12+ years industry related field sales experience. Wireline experience is a MUST. Native Russian, Fluent English
