Anotech ENERGY is an engineering consulting company with more than 950 employees, specialized in the field of oil and gas. We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 17 000 employees in 16 countries, 57 by extension.

This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The Cost estimator will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.

Activities:

• The development control of cost estimation documentation
• The analyzes of estimated and actual contract costs
• The developing and updating of the cost database based on market surveys and intelligence, analysis of contractors’ costs
• The identification financial risks based on cost estimate and assessment of their potential impact on project with potential mitigation of consequences
• The performing of cost estimation based on the technical scope of project work
• To forecast costs as per the approved cost estimate and current budget, timely informing the management about compliance of the cost estimate and the budget, budget deviations and potential risks impact
• To perform analyzes - estimated vs. actual costs upon project completion when directed by management
• To form a database of cost estimation documentation
• Performing cost estimation based on the technical scope of project work. To participate in contract bidding process: to review bids and take part in negotiations; to perform all pre-bid services by development and preparation of cost estimates for construction projects or services; as required, to take part in site visits for scope evaluation
• Ensuring compliance of the developed cost estimates with the RF norms and GS Total
• Checking contractor’s cost estimation to confirm the contract and change orders prices

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Education: University degree, preferably in industrial and civil construction
• Specialized trainings/certifications in: estimate trainings
• Work experience: not less than 5 years
• Competencies / skills: Excellent Organizational and communication skills
• Languages: English intermediate level
• Able to work in a multicultural environment
• Software: Work in software program Grand-Smeta.
