Ensuring specification and Code compliance and the deliverables schedule is maintained. • Identify and highlight any risks opportunities or threats that may have a favorable or adverse impact on module delivery within project cost, quality or schedule objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of contingency plans as appropriate to maintain performance objectives. • Develop and update weekly/monthly performance management reporting to monitor progress on key performance indicators (KPI’S) & critically analyze data. • Provide input and support to contract administration including assessment and approval of variations, management of change, coordination of vendor and specialist contractor support and any other aspects to ensure successful implementation of the contract. • Support the review and swift resolution of Site Queries and Technical deviation requests. • Monitor and report on fabrication construction progress • Ensure that project objectives are achieved and are in accordance with Company and Statutory requirements. • To lead the input for lessons learned • Promote strong working relationships, within the LNG Plant team to present a cohesive interface with other key aspects of the project such as Construction, Engineering, Project Services and Contracts. • Promote effective team working, a performance bias, make wise decisions, innovate to find solutions and with good fabrication construction insights. • Resolve conflicts, disputes, disagreements, etc. in a timely and efficient manner. • Create a healthy work environment supporting and coaching team members and contractor personnel as required. • Supervise the module multi-discipline inspection group to timely completion within approved budget while achieving the required quality, HSE and environment standards. • Assist in Management of personnel assigned to the inspection team. Qualifications and Experience required:
• Tertiary qualification in QA/QC management or 10 years documented experience in QC of Oil / Gas facilities, with minimum 5 years in senior roles.. • Extensive fabrication& inspection leadership experience in fabrication and construction of onshore/offshore projects. • Extensive (10+ years) multidiscipline inspection experience in fabrication and construction of onshore/offshore projects, including direct exposure to disciplines such as structural, piping, E&I, coating, Insulation, scaffolding, welding, testing etc. • Minimum 15 years broad experience in QA/QC procedure and test plan, ITP, welding book, non conformity and deviation policies as well as construction risk management and risk mitigation philosophy. • Minimum 10 years in a supervisory role, supervising five individuals or more • Minimum 5 years experience working in module yards or with similar environment, ideally in SE Asia. • Demonstrable Module Construction experience • Worldwide experience with Contractors and Vendors in particular those involved in the construction of offshore facilities • Team player. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills fluent in both written and spoken English. • Highly organized, self motivated results orientated person.
