Anotech ENERGY is an engineering consulting company with more than 550 employees, specialized in the field of oil and gas. We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.

This position will be first based in the HQ (in Europe) for one year, and then it will be based in Moscow, Russia. The Procurement Lead/Coordinator will be involved in a major Oil & Gas EPC’s project (refinery).

Activities:

• Assist in the preparation of the List of Suppliers of the Project as well as the documentation Purchasing Department applicable to each project.
• Prepare and issue Request for Offer and its Conditions.
• Track Requests for Offer and respond to inquiries raised by the Supplier.
• Analyze the tenders received, identify commercial deviations and take the steps necessary to achieve the required settings.
• Receive and analyze the Technical Report.
• Make the Economic Tabulations of bids and collaborate on recommendations from the Providers.
• Negotiations with bidders.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and their subsequent revisions including the terms and conditions that apply.
• Resolve and / or assist in the resolution of any incidents raised in the Acknowledgments to Purchase Orders.
• Apply at any time the methodology and work rules established for the Project.

Qualifications and Experience required:

Graduate engineer with minimum 5 years experience in the energy industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
