We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.

This position is based in Moscow. The Procurement Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.

Activities:

• Select and Prepare the adequate tendering and contracting strategy, that ensures the best value for Company expenditure;
• Select the potential bidders lists based upon the nature of the job from the existing data regarding contracts maintained in a data bank and ensure prequalification status;
• Prepare and compile Tender Documents for tenders issued directly by the Department;
• Draft contract documents to safeguard Company’s interest;
• Develop and prepare price schedules in line with agreed contracting strategies;
• Interpret contractual obligations and assist in the administration of approved contracts;
• Review and report on contractual deviations in bids;
• Study and evaluate claims and change order requests in accordance with contractual obligations and advise on appropriate measures;
• Establish and implement insurance administration within the projects in collaboration with Finance and Legal Departments;
• Process all tendering and contracting transitions.

Qualifications and Experience required:

Graduate engineer (Petroleum, Drilling or Mechanical degree) with minimum 7 years in tendering and contracting business for in the oil & gas industry for drilling, rigs.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
