Anotech ENERGY is an engineering consulting company with more than 550 employees, specialized in the field of oil and gas. We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.

This position is based in Russia. The Logistic coordinator will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.

Activities:

• Preparing and maintaining mobilization and demobilization rotations for all personnel
• Establish passengers transport planning
• Responsible for leading the implementation of Logistics, including Warehousing, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Transportation
• Co-ordinate the storekeepers and raise material requests as required.
• Manage and control an effective and efficient store for electrical, mechanical tools, and drilling equipment.
• Manage the materials control and logistics for materials ordered.
• Carry out company’s rules and regulations; give instruction and guidance to
workers regarding HSE policy.

Qualifications and Experience required:

Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in Oil field projects.
High level of organizational and planning skills. Capacity to communicate, to convince and if needed to impose rules and organization.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
