Anotech ENERGY is an engineering consulting company with more than 550 employees, specialized in the field of oil and gas. We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.

This position will be based in Moscow, Russia. The QA/QC Manager will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.

Activities:

• Managing of QA/QC Project team;
• Establish the Project Quality Management System (QMS);
• Maintain and keep updated the QMS;
• Ensure that Project activities are conducted in compliance with the Project QMS;
• Contribute actively to the preparation of the documents that define the Project organization;
• Ensure that each interface within the Project organization is properly managed;
• Ensure that Project procedures are distributed and implemented within the Project team members;
• Provide assistance to other Project team members for the implementation of the Project QMS by contractors, subcontractors and vendors, covering management, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities;
• Exercise team work and problem solving skills in assistance to the Project team;
• Encourage the use of latest improvements in project management;
• Define the surveillance philosophy of purchase and construction activities;
• Participate in the survey of the Russian market;
• Ensuring adherence to the QA/QC budget and overall schedule;
• Participate to any third party audit called on the Project;
• Review, comment and approve the QA and QC plans from contractors;
• Define and coordinate the supervision/inspection resources needed for the Project;
• Monitor the Surveillance activities done by Project inspectors in various specialties;
• Organize a reporting system on Quality matters that reflects the performance of the Project.

Qualifications and Experience required:

Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
