Drilling Engineer for Anotech ENERGY Russia
Anotech ENERGY is an engineering consulting company with more than 550 employees, specialized in the field of oil and gas. We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.
This position will be based in the HQ (in Europe). The Drilling Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Responsible for drilling evaluation of new business analysis with special emphasis in non conventional operations.
• Must perform screening jobs and be able to discriminate best cost options drilling wise including statistical and probabilistic analysis. Perform risks analysis for high level estimation (exploration for instance and further development) as well as detailed estimation from actual data from producing fields.
• Capable to do/review technical analysis and recommend best option (technically and economically) for well drilling and completion.
• Skills to check other operators technical analysis.
• Technical Evaluation of non conventional drilling engineering (shale gas, shale oil, tight formations, frac jobs, Sour environments, HT/HP, SAGD, etc.).
• Highly orientated to introduce Safety, Environment and Health practices.
• Should represent company’s interest under different circumstances (data-room, workshops, internal presentations, etc.) and travel inside and outside of country when required.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 7 years experience as drilling engineer in both operation and engineering technical areas.
Fluent Russian is mandatory
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
