A large international company is looking for professionals to one of the biggest oil & gas project in Russia and invites candidates for [b]Senior Electrical Engineer [/b]position.
[b]Requirements: [/b]
▪ Higher professional education and additional training in electrical engineering (specialisation power engineering)
▪ 5+ years of previous professional experience in electrical engineering and maintenance in oil & gas industry
▪ Skills and competencies in E/I maintenance and Operations
▪ High voltage Test of the HV Motors and HV Cables and identification of the leakage current
▪ Field commissioning and measurement of electrical installation and equipment
▪ HSE and RF Electrical Safety rules and regulation, Safety Induction and Safety aspect of Petrochemical & LNG Plant, Labour Safety Regulations for carrying out Electrical measurement and tests.
▪ Knowledge of fundamental operating principles of industrial process systems
▪ CERTIFIED to RF Electrical Safety Level 5
▪ Intermediate English
[b]Responsibilities: [/b]
▪ Monitor and verify each of test equipment certification are fullfilled according to RF rules and regulation
▪ Implement the RF requirement of log-book practices for electrical portable equipment, standard stationary devices of electrical and instrument equipment for workshop
▪ Prepare and implement the test procedures and work instructions, test forms, inspection forms for test equipment and parameters and type of test required for field device measurement.
▪ Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) work within the workshop, on low- and high- voltage equipment, generators, motors, transformers, switchgear and power electronics associated with production and utility equipment
▪ Obtain all material and equipment required to complete correctly all allocated tasks
▪ Report daily activity, provide input to safety meetings, and report any defects or deviations to line manager
▪ Contribute to electrical troubleshooting and testing for continue operation of the LNG/OET/TLU plant
▪ Preventive maintenance testing of the equipment and special measurements
▪ Preventive tests and control over their performance.
▪ Electrical Safety inspection and testing of portable Electrical Equipment and Temporary Installations
▪ Performance of complex and responsible tests and measurements of parameters of electrical equipment up to 35 kV
▪ Responsible for coaching and transfer of knowledge to subordinates
▪ Demonstrate a strong safety attitude
[b]Work location:[/b] Sakhalin island, permanent contract (relocation)
