Job dimensions
Supervision of all materials movements - receiving / issuing / transfers /returns. Organization of stock materials and assets effective storage in accordance with company stock control procedure and balance with SAP (inventory control) system. Build, manage and develop good operative warehouse team. Be a strong representative of the company in daily communication with contractors.
Activities
HSE related items:
- Ensures that the Company HSE policy is complied with at all times; promotes safe & responsible work practices;
Operations:
Plan, organize, direct, and control the work activities of the warehouse and pipe yard in Usinsk.
Tracking of material’s purchase orders, receives, stores, issues and returns, equipment and materials inside designated storages in accordance with company stock control procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate input of all materials movements into SAP system with well organized paperwork.
Arranges stored supplies, equipment and materials in the manner to most effectively utilize available warehouse storage space, be able to easily and quickly locate and issue materials. Monitor safe, appropriate and organized use of the open storage area (pipe yard)
Conducts evaluations of stock-out, dead stock and slow moving materials. Prepares and keeps in files the paper work for scrap materials writing off. Responsible for proper scrapping of any equipment/material related to warehouse.
Ensure safe mode and high level security of stock materials storage and control compliance with the required storage conditions as per recommendations of the original equipment manufacturers;
Organize material handling operations at warehouse and pipe yard, takes part in material handling operations, handling by hand or using specialized hand-operated or motorized equipment.
Work closes with Drilling Department material man, handle the requisitions, and prepare the equipment and materials for dispatching without delays, to prevent Drilling and Work over Rigs NPTs.
Ensure good working relationships with contractors involved in warehouse operation. Good communication with facilities owner.
Plan activities of his subordinates, schedule work assignments, direct their work and set priorities on business matters. Supervise and check the completion of work assignments by his subordinates.
Locally organizes and coordinates physical cycle counts, and worked out the Inventory Documents creates by DOCP stock controller.
Checks regularly that the health and safety requirements are complied with at the warehouse and pipe yard under his supervision, takes appropriate actions to remedy revealed anomalies
Attends in Annual Partners/Government Audit, be responsible for Drilling equipment and materials part of inventory.
Analyses and review with Drilling department representatives the materials stock reorder points (min/max) and quantities to ensure adequate stock levels and continually update warehouse stock database, performs and keeps in files all required SAP paperwork
Timely reporting of warehouse activities (weekly/monthly)
Accountabilities
Reach the highest possible level of quality (safety, punctuality, accountability, and performance) at dedicated operational area;
Be responsible for security of materials, preventing losses & damages, discrepancies between physical counts and SAP data;
Safety at the Pipe Yard for Logistics Contractor Personnel
Material & Equipment preservation during their off-loading, transfer and hand-over to Contractors
Maintain a Register of the Material Receipt Reports (MRR) – Reception of Purchase Orders
Maintain a Register of the Materials Issuance Requests (MIR) – GI (Goods Issue)
Profile/ Qualifications / experience required
Five-year business or engineering degree
Four ( 4 ) years of practical experience in material management, warehousing & logistics
Operating knowledge of SAP Business Suite R/3 Materials Management
Good knowledge of Gas-Oil field and Drilling equipment and tools
Fluency in the English and Russian languages, good writing skills
Computer skills (MS Office; Access Databases etc.)
Operating knowledge of forklift, electric and manual pallet jacks, cranes and wheel loader
Valid Class B driver’s license
Profile/ Qualifications / experience required[/b]
