Be pro-active in geological models update based on production history (integration of dynamic information in static modelling) Develop a team spirit with the geologist and the geophysicist for geological and reservoir modelling activities. Contribute to optimizing the field development scheme; in particular production / injection pattern, number and location of wells, well architecture, artificial lift… Participate to the elaboration of the data acquisition program on site (logs, production tests, pressure measurements…) and of the laboratory scope of works (core and fluid analyses). JOB DIMENSIONS • To subsequently ensure that regulatory requirements are anticipated and met during implementation of a new project and ongoing projects. • Coordination of the permitting in the framework of the field activity of the new & existing projects in the following areas (engineering survey, engineering, industrial safety, occupational health and safety trainings, environmental protection, fire safety). • Organization of mine survey work by contractor and supervision of their implementation. • To ensure good interface between projects and State Agencies of the federal and local level (up to 15 agencies) and to ensure full compliance of Projects to the RF regulations. To maintain interaction with 3rd companies operating in the field. • To ensure good interface between Permitting department and Projects teams to ensure fulfilment of the RF rules and regulations. . • Continual update and revision of projects Permits & Approvals Register.
ACTIVITIES • To ensure that all operations documents (work permits, work-orders, drilling plans, work-over plans, technical passports, instructions, manuals, etc) are in compliance with Russian normative system. • To prepare and update in time appropriate Company’s documentation as per Russian rules, regulations and normative acts. • To coordinate with HSE department all permitting issues for engineering survey, engineering, construction, drilling, operation, maintenance activities. • To ensure that all Contractors (Russian and Foreign) provide necessary documentation in compliance with Russian normative system. • To organize and to participate in inspections, audits with performed by authorities representatives. • To organize and follow up actions for the remedial of the nonconformities revealed during inspection in order to fulfill it and report in time. • Annual planning of operations of surveyors and geologists services according to annual mining programs and established requirements; • Data base follow up of acceptance of surveyors, topographical and geodesic, land marking and geological jobs executed by contractors; • Document control regarding approval process; • Perform on regularly basis development of the permitting procedures.
ACCOUNTABILITIES • Effective co-ordination and timely & efficient control of documentation contributes to improve overall project schedule, reduces expenditures due to inappropriate control of the permitting process which in turn could result in project delay and cost overruns • Obtain timely authority approvals is mandatory for ensuring a smooth start-up of project. • Ensure a good / professional Company image vis a vis authorities
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • University degree (geosciences, civil engineering, construction, petroleum engineering); • Works experience more than 10 years in operation and production, HSE, state supervision bodies such as Rostekhnadzor, Rosprirodnadzor. • Field experience minimum 2 years is a must • Very good organisation and priority assignment skills, multitask capability, ability to work under pressure, good communication skills.Native Russian, good English (written and spoken).
ACTIVITIES HSE related items : - Ensure that TEPR HSE policy, frame of reference are adhered to; - Assume the operational responsibilities as part of the work permit; - Contribute to maintain integrity of plant to operate safely; - Participate to the Emergency Response Team;
Team management and Maintenance field activities : - Supervise the implementation of Maintenance programs in accordance with production operations; - Supervise the maintenance personnel and manage the O&M Maintenance team; - Optimize the activities of the Maintenance team according to priorities; - Supervise and coordinate repairs, equipment replacements; - Contribute to resolution of abnormal situations, assist Production team in solving equipment issues; - Preserve, make reliable and adapt tools to operations conditions; - Anticipate potential problems and predict degraded situations; - Follow-up of construction / modification works on site and ensure that as-built documentation is made available; - Evaluate personnel, contribute to improve skills and know-how; - Train maintenance team members: on a day-to-day basis from a coaching approach, as well as defining a training plan.
Maintenance tools and approach : - Review and Validate preventive and predictive maintenance programs; - Prepare and Check maintenance procedures; - Optimize the maintenance activities in liaison with technical support, make recommendations to improve the Maintenance and Inspection efficiency; - Coordinate with technical support, the spare parts, the preparations of heavy maintenance operations; - Participate in the technical and operational analysis, audits and inspections; - Ensure the reliability and consistency of technical information; - Analyse the functional parameters of the facilities, perform functional studies on systems; - Lead the investigation further to an ESD; - Make recommendations on site possible improvement; - Coordinate with the relevant departments the facility or equipment modifications; - Participate in reception of equipment on site after completion of works or modifications.
Reporting, planning and follow-up : - Define tools and method to carry out a follow up of equipment; - Ensure the implementation on site of tools required for the maintenance follow-up; - Contribute to the implementation of the CMMS on site; - Contribute to operational feedback on facilities to the Head Office; - Contribute to the assessment of the O&M contract performance.
ACCOUNTABILITIES - Responsible for the efficient maintenance activities on the facilities, to improve the plant reliability and availability of the different systems. - Accountable for leading the Maintenance team to reach the objectives of maintenance and inspection in the respect of Company’s HSEQ policy.
PROFILE/ QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Education in maintenance method, mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, CAMM, inspection, certification; - Professional experience : > 5 years of experience such as maintenance supervisor; - Fluent in English; - Adaptivity and ability to work in an international environment.
ACTIVITIES Make sure HSE concerns are properly addressed on day-to-day activities, especially when requiring or supervising data acquisition. Run reservoir simulations with Objects 2 & 3 dynamic models for production forecast and reserves estimate. Evaluate the impact of static and dynamic uncertainties on the results. Update dynamic models with production history (reservoir pressure, production tests, PLT…), laboratory data (CCAL, SCAL, PVT…) and geological information. Be pro-active in geological models update based on production history (integration of dynamic information in static modelling) Develop a team spirit with the geologist and the geophysicist for geological and reservoir modelling activities. Contribute to optimizing the field development scheme; in particular production / injection pattern, number and location of wells, well architecture, artificial lift… Participate to the elaboration of the data acquisition program on site (logs, production tests, pressure measurements…) and of the laboratory scope of works (core and fluid analyses). Make sure that these programs are properly designed to reduce remaining uncertainties. Organize and maintain the reservoir simulation archives and back-up. Liaise with GSR data management policy. Participate to the interface with Russian Authorities (TsKR, GKZ, NAO…) and with consulting institutes when needed. Act as interface with the company permitting department. Occasionally, provide assistance to the production monitoring engineer and/or DO for the preparation, supervision and interpretation of specific well interventions such as PLT, build-up, initial well testing… Properly evaluate and deal with uncertainties and put into action adequate sensitivities and/or necessary studies

Promotes HSE standard in all activities Integrates and validates all geological data (mudlog, electrical logs, cores, etc.) related to the fields and creates/consolidates the data base (assisted by the DB Mgr.)
