Our client – petrochemical company (Head office in Saint-Petersburg, global revenue 500mln USD) - is looking for commercial director.
Main responsibilities: • Development and setting commercial objectives to the company and regions • Control fulfillment of strategic targets, develop sales and purchasing plans • Cross regional deals, sales and purchasing activities coordination • Ensure sales and purchasing operations not covered by regional offices • Cooperate with global Business development in developing markets • Commercial team management • Develop and manage relationships with key partners
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience as commercial director/sales director/BDM • Experience in multinational petrochemical companies, knowledge of petrochemical market • Marketing mind set is an advantage • Budget responsibility, sales profitability • High degree in management. MBA is an advantage • English - fluent
