My client is an International E&P company with expanding operations in Kazakhstan who is currently looking for an experienced Training Development Specialist.

Work schedule:
• Staff position based in Western Kazakhstan • Work schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off (5/2) • Working in the Human Resources Department. • Ideally lives locally in Western Kazakhstan.
Minimum requirements:
• 8+ years’ experience • Experience in training and development positions for at least 5 years. • Languages: need to be able to speak fluent English and Russian • Experience working within the HR discipline and training courses.
Work experience:
• Arranging all training courses as per plan and budget. • Organise all business trips arrangements and for training courses. • Involved in the creation of an internal training centre. • Preparing training matrix for the year. • Selecting training providers and assessing their services. • Oversee the expenditure of funds for in training in accordance with budgets.
