Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for:
Developing and supporting Regional and Country long term strategic business plans – focusing on delivering revenue and profit growth. · Experience covering shallow water, deepwater and land operations with demonstrable success in different cultures.

Ideally we would like to find a Strategic HR Manager who can step in and help to organise the HR department as well as the company policies in regards to HR related issues. Together with line managers develop HR strategies and sort out the long-term staff planning issues. At the moment, the HR department needs some experience, some guidance and relevant knowledge to improve HR policies and help the organisation cope with extensive growth. On top of the above mentioned duties you will be responsible for Payroll, Coms&Bens, recruitment and other relevant responsibilities dealing with both expat and local staff.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience expected:
