I am currently working in partnership with an International provider of services and products to the Oil and Gas Industry with interests in over 60 countries worldwide. The company is split into numerous business sectors, each one providing market leading services to International and National clients alike. We are currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales and Marketing Director to be the contact for globally managed key accounts in Russia. The IOC market in Russia is constantly growing and evolving, and is therefore looking to recruit a highly experienced sales and marketing professional to handle these accounts.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for:
Developing and supporting Regional and Country long term strategic business plans – focusing on delivering revenue and profit growth. Maintaining and enhancing client relationships through regular contact and meetings as well as acquire new ones. Develop the budget together with the VP and present to the board of Directors. Establish clear, achievable and challenging objective for direct reports (Regional Tender Response Team). As the suitable candidate, you will have:
· 6 + years experience with the oilfield servicing industry, with several years in a senior sales or business development role.
· Broad experience within an oilfield service services provider including operational and commercial roles.
· A track record of securing new and repeat business covering both goods and services with long sales cycles.
· Experience covering shallow water, deepwater and land operations with demonstrable success in different cultures.
