A large international company is looking for professionals to one of the biggest oil & gas project in Russia and invites candidates for [b]Senior Mechanical Engineer [/b] position.
[b]Requirements: [/b]
▪ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
▪ 10+ years of experience under the specialty in oil &gas industry (as Mechanical Engineer), with 6 + years of experience in the petrochemical and oil &gas refining industry, as supervisor of a section in a maintenance, start-up or construction team. Experience with gas plants Turn Around’s is a strong preference.
• Skills and knowledge in fundamental operating principles of industrial process systems and LNG process
• HSE competencies as per the Standard Job Competence Profile
• Leading a team of (Russian) technicians and train them on the job to become competent technicians.
• Intermediate English language (verbally \ written)
[b]Main accountabilities:[/b]
▪ Act as coordinator of multi - discipline maintenance tasks within the area.
▪ Be responsible for support in preparing, planning and implementing Turn Around’s in his
▪ Be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the maintenance strategies for the LNG assets in his area and assuring compliance to these strategies.
▪ Initiate and develop specific procedures, work instructions and execute inspection and testing schedules
▪ Establish system or tool that where possible to attain continuous improvement of the maintenance performance in his area to ensure achievement of low cost-high reliability targets
▪ Provide engineering support
▪ Liaise with central Maintenance and Integrity department on maintenance strategies
▪ Co-ordinate multi -disciplined maintenance tasks in his area and act as the prime interface with operations
▪ Establish and lead a technically professional and competent work force, inclusive of contractors, focused on reliability-centered maintenance.
▪ Demonstrate commitment and performance leadership to HSE.
▪ Participate in the spare parts review and recommend based on equipment performance.
