Responsibilities:
•Propose preventive measures to prevent the occurrence of emergency situations;
•Establish a planning for regular drills; organise and record the drills;
•improve the procedures, organisation and training material if needed;
•Participate actively in communication related to Emergency Response (posters, booklets, leaflets, awareness and training, etc.);
•Participate to inspection, walkthrough, etc. for general HSE matters and for Emergency items;
•Support HSE and Construction Supervisors regarding Emergency Response matters encountered on Site (training of people, correct storage and use of material, certified material, etc.);
•Participate to incident investigation on request.
•Establish and update the Site Emergency Response Procedures;
•Liaise and coordinate with Subcontractors and Company to implement the Emergency Response organisation;
•Ensure that evacuation training, elevated or confined space rescue techniques and other emergency trainings are delivered and accurate. Act as a Trainer when needed, improve the training material and keep in close liaison with HSE Training Team;
•Ensure the availability of emergency material (elevated and confined space rescue, etc.), its correct storage and maintenance, in close liaison with Subcontractors and Company.
