Steel Structure Supervisor Responsibility:
•Monitor and audit Erection Construction Subcontractor’s Quality Control activities. •Perform audit concerning the surveillance points of the Field Quality Control Plan. •Finally sign the Sites Inspection and Test records. •Check the completion, the validity and traceability of documents included in the Construction Subcontractor’s final dossiers. •Issue Site Inspection Reports, initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR). •Check that corrective actions have been performed. •Check that Quality Records are adequately controlled and filed. •Issue feedback sheets. •Review, comment, approve (under the authority of the Field Engineer) the material technical cards, maintain updated the corresponding chrono register. •Review, comment, approve (under the authority of the Field Engineer) the method statement issued by Subcontractor, keep updated the corresponding chrono register. •Answer the Technical Enquiry issued by Subcontractor (under the authority of the Field Engineer), keep updated the corresponding chrono register. •Follow as per Quality aspect all the requirement of ITP. •Reconciliate and update the quantities released to Subcontractor as per each ITP issued, dispatch this status on a weekly basis to PCM. •Follow Subcontractor schedule and provide PCM and Construction Manager each week with broken lines showing site reality on the Construction Schedule. •Check the implementation of the Safety Rules.

Coordinates and performs Project training programs:
•Implements all Trainings as listed in the project’s “Training matrix” from CONTRACTOR’s Training procedure, and issues each week officially to SUBCONTRACTORs the Training schedule for the next two weeks . •Organizes for additional Training as required depending on the Site actual needs •Hands-over to all new Site staff (CONTRACTOR+SUBCONTRACTOR) their “Site HSE Passport” during the induction session, as well as the training matrix showing what trainings to be undertaken Vs. field position •Manages the HSE Passport system, keeps statistics of attendance to the specific Trainings required, and alerts both the relevant SUBCONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR’s Technical Safety Manager in case of non attendance of project employees to the requested trainings •Organizes the Training schedules for optimizing the completion of all required trainings in the best timeframe •Insures that all tools&equipments necessary for CONTRACTOR’s Training performance are available.
