Responsibilities:
- Management of the MOF team (HSE, lifting/rigging supervisor and clerck)
- Developing of schedule for mooring, transshipment and transportation
- Calculations of norms for transshipment and normative losses
- Development of projects, plans, process maps, diagrams, drawings, procedural rules
- follow maintenance, testing, examination, certification of vehicles and equipment to be used by the stevedoring Contractor
- Ensure implementation of computerized inventory control system
- Interface with the government agencies if required
- Coodination for Mobilization of cargo lifting and slinging equipment operators
- Ship to shore discharge of cargoes and receipt of cargoes
- Shipping paper work and processing of cargo inventory documentation; processing of documentation for the government agencies
- Preparation of damaged cargo reports
- On-shore transportation and handling operations
- Application of the procedure for marine pollution control in the harbor area at MOF
- organize hand-over to construction SUBCONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR's material manager.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Relevant work experience in Oil&Gas sphere preferably
- Experience in managerial role from 5 years
- Fluent in Russian and English
-Rotation basis (30x30).
