-Is totally accountable for the execution of the projects according to the contracts, -Manages the project team dynamics to ensure a harmonious and productive working atmosphere, -Manages day-to-day operational aspects and scope of the project in close coordination with the other teams within the Business Unit, -Identifies resources and assigns individual responsibilities within the project team, -Records status and availability of specific subsea equipment, -Minimizes company exposure to risk on project, -Creates and executes project plans, revises them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, -Organizes and reviews deliverables prior to submission to client, -Enforces project standards and applies internal controls, -Monitors invoicing and receivables, -Ensures project legal aspects are addressed and processed where necessary, -Carries out “corrective action” and “customer satisfaction” studies on completion of each project, -Coordinates all HT&P activities with the division with adequate responsiveness, -Assures project execution in the best economically and financially way.
Qualifications:
-Engineering master degree, -Sound knowledge of TDW products and services, including subsea applications and of the market and its specific level of requirements, -Fluent in English, -Good commercial and interpersonal skills, -Strong organization skills and rigor, capability to work in a team on fast moving projects, -Extensive travel (about 25% of the working time) is required for this position.
