United petrochemical company is looking for Planner/Schedueler
Responsibilities:
• Reviews schedule methodology, format, execution philosophy, risk issues and mitigation strategies. • Prepares Project Master Schedule. • Overviews all planning (identification of sequence of events) and scheduling (determination of timing and assembly of project tasks) activities, including planning of Owner activities as required. • Performs schedule status, analysis and reporting on the level 1,2 and 3 schedules, in particular on the schedule critical path. • Submits recommendations to Project Management on ways to mitigate deviations from the Master Schedules. • Verify physical progress measurement and progress information provided by FEED/EPC contractor. • Analyses contractors‘ and suppliers master schedules before agreement signing. • Review schedule impacts on changes.
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in the petrochemical/ downstream sphere. • Significant experience in large industrial projects, preferably in the petrochemical, chemical or refining sectors. • Understanding of modern concurrent project execution. • English language - working proficiency. • Motivated, ethical, strong team players. • Former experience in design organization or EPC contractor is a plus.
Define project cost structure, define or reviews Contractor provided procedures and tools to monitor and control all costs on the project. [l]Performs cost/schedule analysis, deviation control, and forecasting.
Development and implementation of Estimating Plans for the project. Review and coordinate estimating plans of contractors. [c]Monitor and control Estimates development by Contractor. Coordinate, assemble and complete the project estimate.
Coordinate data input process from all project disciplines.
Responsible to keep statistical data, and provide benchmark information to the project.[/l]
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in petrochemical, downstream sphere. • Significant experience in large industrial projects, preferably in the petrochemical, chemical or refining sectors. • Understanding of modern concurrent project execution. • English language - working proficiency. • Motivated, ethical, strong team players. • Former experience in design organization or EPC contractor is a plus.
• Define Contractor scope of work for their discipline • Monitor work and overview performance by EPC contractors design: scope, technical quality, cost, schedule • Developing and adopting the most cost-effective, fit-for purpose total project solution for the project. • Monitoring the technical quality of engineering and design documents by doing spot-checks and participating in reviews, equipment and materials requisition, technical parts of contracts etc • Participate in the development of the project integrated schedule, and assessment of physical progress • Ensure adequate discipline staffing, supervises assigned personnel • Identification of, and compliance with, requirements of Project execution plans, regulations, Company specifications and standards. Approval to deviations to Company documents • Implement Change management procedure. Reviews and approval of technical changes and related cost and schedule impacts • Ensures coordination with other disciplines, with Procurement and Construction, and between Contractors for discipline issues
Requirements:
• Higher professional education and additional training in electrical engineering (specialisation power engineering) • 5+ years of previous professional experience in electrical engineering in refining, petrochemical, oil & gas industry • Familiarity with HSE and RF Electrical Safety rules and regulation applicable to Petrochemical or refinery Plants, Labour Safety Regulations. • Knowledge of fundamental operating principles of industrial process systems • Good to Intermediate English • Experience in international projects

Requirements:
•Experience in capacity of process engineer in petrochemical, chemical or oil refining industry •Experience with international companies is a plus •General knowledge of process technology in petrochemical and polymers area •Good knowledge of Utilities and Off-sites typical for refining and petrochemical plants •English – ability to read, write and communicate on profeccional matters without assistance •MS Office user level •Readiness for frequent business travel.
• Define Construction strategy and plans, provides input to overall project contracting strategy • Responsible for the construction part of tender documentation for tenders. • Responsible to prequalify contractors for Construction part. • Defines and organizes scope of Early Works. • Reviews construction part of the Estimates performed by contractors. • Provides input to the project integrated schedule for Construction. • Responsible for constructability studies on the Owner side.

Обязанности: •Контроль за своевременным строительством объектов (инвестиционные проекты и реконструкция и расширение производственных мощностей на текущих активах на территории Республика Башкортостан); •Организация процесса бизнес-планирования в части капитального строительства; •Руководство разработкой перспективных и текущих планов капитального строительства, реконструкции и расширения производственных объектов; •Организация технического надзора и строительного контроля над деятельностью Генподрядчика и подрядных организаций, приемка объемов работ, выполненных Подрядчиками; •Контроль качества выполняемых строительно-монтажных работ; •Взаимодействие с надзорными органами, работа с контролирующими и инспектирующими органами при проведении проверок и при выполнении ими функций строительного или иного надзора; •Контроль над соблюдением правил промышленной безопасности на объектах строительства; •Подготовка отчетности по строительству.
Требования: •Опыт работы на аналогичной должности Директора, Вице-президента по капитальному строительству от 10 лет; •Опыт работы в нефтехимической, нефтегазовой отрасли от 20 лет; •Опыт работы в западных компаниях является значительным преимуществом; •Обязателен опыт реализации крупных строительных проектов в нефтехимической сфере, нефтепереработке; •Свободный уровень владения английским языком; •Лидерские качества, отличные коммуникативные навыки.
