• The job holder manages, under the responsibility of the Engineering Leader, all technical activities related to the civil works and structural design from the Basic engineering up to EPCC phases.
Function

Accountabilities • Be single point of contact for Project Manager regarding all technical clarifications. • Work independently under limited supervision to execute technical assignments and tasks. • Coordinate engineering activities that deal with design, fabrication and testing. • Evaluate design changes and actively participate in design reviews. • Hold meetings on “as needed” basis to resolve interfaces and technical clarifications. • Organize own workload allocation to meet agreed project timelines and budget. • Ensure interface register is maintained and variations discussed with PM that have Cost/Time impacts. • Prepare written reports on all activates and testing performed. • Writing/updating procedures for the engineered solutions and manufacturing processes. • Involvement in Tender and Budgeting of new projects.
Requirements • Knowledge of a broad range of subjects, from economics to materials. • Excellent maths, science, and IT skills. • Strong organisational skills. • Good teamworking skills. • The ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly. • The ability to analyse large amounts of data and assess solutions. • Confident decision-making ability. • Excellent communication skills. • Project management skills. • The ability to work within budgets and to deadlines. • A comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal regulations. • Patience and the ability to deal with people. • Chartered Engineer or similar education level. • 10 to 15 years experience in Oil and Gas related to Engineering design areas with large number of interfaces. • Experience in large project development and organisation, in harsh environment. • Good knowledge of English, Knowledge of Russian Language considered an advantage. • Knowledge of project development in Russia and methods used to submit dossier to state expertise, permitting process, technical approval, Russian Federation norms and standards, restricted equipment design when Russian content maximised - are all either an advantage or to progressively acknowledge and incorporate.
* 15 years experience in Oil and Gas related Engineering design areas for civil works on large projects
* Experience in large plant building
* Good knowledge of English
* Knowledge of project development in Russia (state expertise, permitting process, technical approval, Russian Federation norms and standards, restricted equipment design)
Responsibilities:
* Providing technical leadership to discipline from initial studies through to plant Start-up for the onshore project
* Managing all matters related to civil works and buildings activities including surveys (topographical and geotechnical) of all plant and supporting areas (camps, offices, service harbour, port);
* Supervising and coordinating Engineering Design activities (FEED and Detailed engineering, ensuring safety, operability, maintainability of the plant, and overall Project objectives);
* Ensuring Contractors’ resources and organisation are adequate and competent for achieving the engineering works;
* Monitoring progress of the related discipline Engineering Design activities performed by the Contractor and approving the progress figures and supporting documents issued by the Contractor;
* Check engineering documents developed by the Contractor and approving in accordance with the Project procedures and requirements
* Liaising with the other Lead Engineers for co-ordination of technical aspects related to equipment and piping layouts, structural design and Packaged Units.

Ванная комната, сан. узел, постоянная горячая вода, бойлер на случай отключения горячего водоснабжения.

Доставка сотрудников в г. Владивосток запланирована с 17 по 22 февраля авиатранспортом ТУ -154 компании ЗАО «Владивосток АВИА» за счет компании
В соответствии со ст. 300 ТК РФ устанавливается вахтовый график работы 6 мес., трудовой день 11 часов в сутки, выходной 1 день/неделю. Работы ведутся посменно. Вахта (27 февраля – 25 августа).
Заработная плата перечисляется на л/с два раза в месяц 10 и 25 числа каждого месяца равными долями, согласно установленному по должности окладу (Таблица №1). Отпуск предоставляется по истечению шести месяцев. Проезд к месту проведения отдыха в пределах РФ компанией не оплачивается. Выплачиваются отпускные в размере 100% оклада, согласно статье 302 ТК РФ.
