Обязанности • Обеспечивать техническую поддержку работников отдела продаж легкомоторного, транспортного и индустриального направлений, сотрудников смежных отделов компании (маркетинга, отдела работы с клиентами, логистики), отделов продаж смазочных материалов и услуг для морской и авиационной индустрии путем предоставления необходимых технических документов и грамотной профессиональной консультации по подбору и применению смазочных материалов. • Обеспечивать техническую поддержку работников отделов продаж смазочных материалов и услуг для морской и авиационной индустрии путем предоставления необходимых технических документов и грамотной профессиональной консультации по подбору и применению смазочных материалов. • Обеспечивать базовую техническую поддержку работников отдела продаж топлива и топливных карт для коммерческого транспорта путем предоставления технической документации и базовой консультации, если таковые потребуются. • Обеспечивать профессиональную техническую поддержку клиентов, обращающихся за технической консультацией по подбору и применению смазочных материалов в отдел технической поддержки по электронной почте, телефону, факсу • Обеспечивать профессиональную техническую поддержку дистрибьюторских компаний путем грамотного решения технических вопросов различного уровня сложности. • Развивать технические компетенции сотрудников дистрибьюторских компаний в области подбора и применения смазочных материалов, использования технических сервисов как инструментов повышения продаж совместно с сотрудниками отдела продаж путем проведения соответствующих обучающих тренингов с выездом к клиенту. • Проведение переговоров, тренингов с потенциальными и существующими клиентами (станции технического обслуживания, дистрибьюторские компании, производители оборудования) с выездом на место – не менее 2 раз в месяц. • Путем обучения сотрудников дистрибьюторских компаний применению технических сервисов и других инструментов, ведущих к повышению продаж смазочных материалов, способствовать повышению прибыли дистрибьюторских компаний; • Проактивно участвовать в программе развития технических специалистов дистрибьюторских компаний, путем проведения тренингов по смазочным материалам, проведения обучающих тренингов по использованию инструментов, ведущих к повышению продаж; • Информировать экспертов в области применения смазочных материалов о наиболее сложных задачах, обеспечивая их конечное решение. • Активно взаимодействовать с отделом маркетинга по унификации и оптимизации ассортимента смазочных материалов, включая предоставление необходимой технической консультации, касающейся маркетинговых материалов не менее 1 раза в два месяца. • Обеспечивать клиентам консультацию, касающуюся применения технических сервисов. • При обращении клиентов по вопросам применения технического сервиса обеспечивать базовую консультацию о сфере и условиях применения данного сервиса, фиксировать информацию и передавать сотрудникам отдела технической поддержки, задействованным в развитие и поддержание функциональности данного сервиса. • Активно использовать в своей работе технические сервисы как инструменты, способствующие повышению продаж смазочных материалов. • Разрабатывать технические решения для клиентов (не менее 3 отчетов за год), документируя полученные достижения со стороны клиентов и формируя отчеты, передавать в дальнейшем данную информацию менеджерам по продажам с соответствующим объяснением достигнутых результатов. • Проактивно использовать все доступные методики и инструменты, способствующие повышению продаж смазочных материалов. • Активно участвовать в увеличении информационных баз, не менее 10 предложений в год. • При обращении клиентов по вопросам покупки продукта выявлять направление бизнеса, чтобы впоследствии передать информацию сотруднику отдела продаж, ответственному за данное направление, фиксировать наиболее важную информацию, уделяя особое внимание виду и объёму требуемого продукта. Обеспечить передачу информации о потенциальном клиенте сотруднику отдела продаж, ответственному за данное направление бизнеса. • При обращении клиентов по вопросам дефекта упаковки продукта выявлять направление бизнеса, чтобы впоследствии передать информацию сотруднику отдела, ответственного за данное направление. • При обращении клиентов в отдел технической поддержки с претензией по качеству смазочного материала действовать по имеющейся в отделе технической поддержки процедуре управления претензиями клиентов к качеству смазочного материала. • Обеспечивать консультации клиентов, дистрибьюторов и сотрудников отделов продаж, а также смежных отделов компании (маркетинга, отдела работы с клиентами, логистики) по безопасному применению продукции и безопасной работе на предприятии в соответствии с действующим законодательством в области экологии, охраны и гигиены труда. Держать в курсе изменений, внесенных в законодательство, получая обновленные данные от сотрудников отдела технической поддержки, отвечающих за данное направление. • Планировать свою деятельность в соответствии с нормами компании и с учётом ключевых показателей эффективности работы.
Требования • 1-5 лет работы в сфере смазочных материалов в зависимости от должности; • Опыт в технической поддержке или отделе продаж; • Инженерные знания в области промышленности или транспорта либо смежных областях; • Высшее образование; ученая степень предпочтительна, но не обязательна; • Хорошее знание английского языка; • Хорошее знание продукта и областей его применения; • Хорошее знание технических характеристик оборудования для обеспечения максимальной эффективности его использования: • Умение проводить технический анализ и разрабатывать технические решения; • Умение выстраивать хорошие партнерские взаимоотношения с клиентом.

Location: Aktau, Kazakhstan
Role Overview: To monitor and supervisethe mechanical and piping activities associated with the fabrication and construction of Pig Traps skids for EPC2, EPC3, EPC4 and FFD.
Duration: 12 Month Contract with possible Extension
Basis: Residential
Indicative Day Rate: Negotiable according to candidate experience
Role Activities:
· Monitoring and supervising the piping fabrication activities carried out by the CONTRACTOR at fabrication yard in Aktau
· Monitor the quality and progress of the work scope and adherence to company and contractor procedures.
· Ensuring that the piping fabrication and assembly activities are carried out to the schedule and highest HSE standards.
· Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed.
· Ensure the Company quality standards and applicable code are applied.
· Coordinate, support and interface with IVB during piping prefabrication and NDT activities.
· Providing daily progress reports to Pig Trap Project Coordinator.
· Participating in engineering and fabrication and safety meeting in Kazakhstan or Italy for piping fabrication and assembly works.
· Providing technical support to the project on piping fabrication, installation, commissioning and Hook up.
· Provide input to Project Documents for Piping fabrication / assembly, commissioning and start-up requirements.
· Supporting for load out/in activity.
· Contributing to EP Offshore improvement process and close-out report.
· Ensuring the issuance of appropriate documentation for installation works e.g. requests, permits, isolations, etc
· Co-ordinating closely with all interfaces associated with the project.
· Provide input re: operability issue associated with piping layouts, in particular low points, venting, testing, etc.
· Work closely with company O&M group.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Engineering technical qualification,.
· Minimum 5 years experience in piping and mechanical fabrication .
Familiarity with piping design and welding codes.
· Knowledge and experience of Oil and Gas systems.
· Knowledge of site fabrication activities.
· The ability to work to the highest HSE standards, have a proactive approach to decision making, problem solving and analytical skills, and be a good team player.
· Experience and knowledge of Multi Discipline International Construction sites.
· Experience in As-builting and Mechanical Completions.
· Sound knowledge of most computer applications
· Excellent English skills both written and spoken (Kazak or Russian an additional advantage)
· The ability to lead, work with and coach local and International staff.
